Established in 1990 by the New Horizon Education & Scientific Access Trust (NEAT), New Horizon School is led by the visionary Dr. Samina Rahbari. A National Scholarship holder with a Ph.D. in Education & Child Psychology, Dr. Rahbari has dedicated over 20 years to lectureship and social service.

Expertise: Former Program In-Charge for Bihar Education Project; state-level nominee for literacy by the Governor of Bihar.

Recipient of the “Educationist” Nari Samman (2012), “Best Principal” by Lions Club (2013), and named among the 100 Highly Effective Principals (2016).Mission: Fully committed to the motto “Service to Mankind,” she leads an institution focused on education without discrimination.
